Switching to a reusable bottle is one of the most impactful swaps you can make: using disposable bottles for a year generates 68 kg of CO₂ equivalent, while a reusable bottle has an impact of between 500 g and 2.93 kg of CO₂, depending on the material — a reduction of up to 5,000%.

Always take it with you — Leave it ready the night before next to your keys or bag so you never go out without it.
Refill on the go — Use public fountains, the office or refill-friendly establishments: every refill is one fewer disposable bottle.
