This challenge is special: there is no predefined action, just an invitation to think. Each person knows their own environment, habits and resources better than anyone else, which is why the most effective action can be different for everyone. Inventing your own challenge is the step that takes you from following instructions to becoming an agent of change: when you design your own action, you internalise it, explain it and repeat it. And when you share it, it can become the inspiration for a hundred more people.
How to overcome the challenge
Observe — For one day, notice what waste you generate and when: where is your weak spot? The coffee cup, the bread bag, the online shopping packaging?
Invent your action — Design a specific, realistic gesture to reduce that particular waste: something you can do tomorrow.
Share it — Give it a name, post it online or tell people around you, and encourage someone to copy you: the best action is the one that spreads.
